SABnzbd Forums

Hi,
i am running SABNZBD 0.5.3 on my qnap. And it ist paused, because it says there is only 0.02 GB free disk space.
But this isnt true, there are more than 7 TB free disk space.
I used the boardsearch, but did not found an answer. Can anyone Help?

Possibly the OS (or Python) doesn't know how to report such a huge empty space.
I think we solved that in a later version, but I'm not sure.

Doesn't it help if you just disable the space check by entering 0 as a limit?

Because i am using the qpkg package for qnap i cannot upgrade that easy. so i am forced to use version 0.5.3
i set the limit to 0 and it starts downloading, but i am not able to add another nzb after that.

either if i add a nzb via webinterface or "nzb-folder" it doesnt appear in the queque

Any error or warning shown?

Well, this means that the operating system doesn't allow SABnzbd
to create one of its administrative files.
Are you sure the access right to the listed path are OK?

so i found out, that the harddrives are gone when sabnzbd is running/downloading
the qnap ts 559 II pro losses the HDs. there are 5 3TB HDs combined to a raid 5 without hot spare
when i stop downloading the qnap find them again

so i switched to nzbget, but i will still try to get sabnzbd running, because i prefer it ;-)

Hi, i have the same problem. Is there a solution yet?

Had the same problem with my TS-209 II.
My Solution:
I deleted the old sabnzbd directory in my Qdownload directory completely.
Deinstallation of the sabnzbd-Package
Installation of the sabnzbd-Package
Finish the Installation Wizard.
No problems anymore.
As shypike already mentioned there is something wrong with the access rights...
