All downloads failing par2 check

Hello everyone.

I'm having a bit of a problem with my sabnzbd setup.  Lately *every* download I begin is reporting "failed" by sabnzbd.  When I check the log file it is reported that the post failed par2 check.  However if I then manually check the download with quickpar, it finds the downloaded files to be fully intact, and I am indeed able to extract the file manually with winrar and all is well.  I am now running 0.6.0, and was previously having the same problem with the prior version (forgive me, but I cannot remember what the version # was).  I have tried fully uninstalling and re-installing sabnzbd, as well as quickpar & winrar with no change.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks

Possibly you download posts with inconsistent naming of the par2 files.
Email a sample NZB to bugs at sabnzbd.org (adding the URL of this message).

For me the Ubuntu download presents no problems.
Possibly your system has troubles with the multi-threading par2 program.
You can force the use of the classic program in Config->Options, set item "Enable MultiCore Par2" off.

Thanks shypike, disabling multicore par2 seems to have fixed it!

You're my hero.

A failing multi-core par can be a sign of hardware trouble.
I'm not saying it is, but a few people complaining about the same, later reported faulty RAM.
