Pause if Queue goes above X

While the RSS ability is amazing, its annoying to come home to 40 possibly large files of something you didn't want when a lot is posted at once.

A nice feature would be to have a trigger amount you can set, where the queue would automatically pause until you approve it.

If it could be set to only work on RSS feed, even better.

In 0.6.0 there's already the option to let all RSS jobs enter the queue in paused mode.

I know, but for my setup that defeats the point of the RSS feed, if I have to keep saying yes, i could just be adding them manually.

I think the idea is a nice hybrid approach where the things you want slip through, but you are protected against a flood that you probably do not want.
