Are you using IPV6? (yes/no - most likely no)
Is the issue reproducible? yes

When having firefox use sabnzbd.app to handle nzb files, it will create two identical queue items.

for example, have firefox to use sabnzbd to open nzb file

then the resulting duplicate queue item

This normally happens when you have some Firefox plugin that handles NZB files.
Or you save the NZB first to the "watched folder" location.

Ah ok.  I dont have any nzb related extensions installed but I do have my download folder set as the watched folder.

Not a good idea, use at least a sub-folder of the download folder.
