Schedule periods of download limits

Hi, I had a look through the requests, and while there were a few regarding scheduling and extending it's functionality, I feel that my idea is different enough to warrant a separate post.

Some ISPs have a policy that allows for a certain amount of data to be downloaded between set times, if this is exceeded, your speed is capped. I think it would be good to be able to set a download amount for certain periods, and if that amount is reached, the queue is paused until the end of that period, then caries on until the next scheduled period. For example, a limit of 3GB between 8:00am - 3:00pm.

In the same line of thoughts, I was going to ask the SAB developers if they had in mind to eventually implement a data cap feature.. My application would be to limit the amount of data being downloaded per period of time (lets say per day) so I dont exceed my ISP's monthly bandwidth cap.

So lets say my monthly cap is 200GB, then if this feature was available, I would set it up so SAB cant download more than roughly 6GB per 24h period (200GB minus normal web browsing allowance divided by 30 days)...

Maybe both of our requests are pretty much the same after all..

What people think?
