SABnzbd won't open for me

Windows 7 64 bit, I installed 0.5.6 thru the Windows installer, it didn't work so I removed it. Then reinstalled and tried with the same thing. This is what I've tried. I'm running Windows 7 Firewall Control for my FW, have this program set up to allow access always.

The 1st time I ran the program after installing it I didn't get the setup wizard, I got "SABnzbd needs a free tcp/ip port for its internal web server. Port 8080 on localhost was tried , but it is not available. Some other software uses the port or SABnzbd is already running."   So I went into my hosts and made sure 127.0.0.1 was in there, and I went into my router and set up 8080-8085 as open ports. I Googled the heck out of this, and from what I read I should get the setup wizard, which I have yet to see. The ports are open (in my router) I set up an exception for the program in my firewall, I've rebooted, reinstalled. I still cannot get the setup to launch for me. Newsleecher + Grabit both work for me.

Any suggestions about what I'm doing wrong would be great.

Turn off the "Windows 7 Firewall Control". Then start the wizard again and see if it works. If not, uninstall the firewall, and run the wizard again.

You don't need to do anything in your router to run SABnzbd locally or on your LAN.

Forget the router and forget the Windows firewall.
Just start it this way:
WindowsKey R
"c:\program files (x86)\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.exe" --server 127.0.0.1:7070
Enter

This should get you into the Wizard again.
