You could at least tell something about the circumstances.
Looks like you didn't fill in your Usenet account name and password.

But we did all of that but it still doesnt work..

Well, Eweka is supported by SABnzbd.
Check carefully if your username, password and server name are OK.
As far as I know, Eweka assigns you a server name that you have to use.
