My idea:

An option would allow you to set all par2 files to sit in a queue.  If the files unrar successfully, the queue is deleted.  If not, the par2 files are downloaded and the file set is reprocessed.

The net effect is that, for those with limited bandwidth, you could save a lot of bandwidth/space/time.

It works like that now.
Only the smallest par2 is downloaded, the rest gets moved to the end of the list and is only downloaded when par2 verification fails.
