I would like a persistent config setting for the speed limit.
If SABnzbd is restarted, currently I must manually set this limit.
Hopefully there is a setting already, and I just need to add it to a file somewhere.

The speed limit on the queue page is temporary.
For a persistent speed limit you need to go to Config->General.
