QNAP TS-119P+: SABnzbd Error

I recently get continuous the following SABnzbd Error: Could not connect to the server (both MyNZB and browser). My settings are below. Can anyone help? More info:  http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=133&t=41052

SABnzbd + settings:
Web server
- Host: 0.0.0.0
- Port: 8800
- Username: admin
- Password: xxxx
- API Key: xxxx

HTTPS Support
- HTTPS: enabled
- HTTPS port: 9900
- HTTPS Certificate: server.cert
- HTTPS Key file: server.key

Server
- Server name: newsreaderxx.eweka.nl
- Port number: 119
- Username: admin
- Password: xxxx
- Active: checked
- SSL, etc: unchecked

MyNZB settings:
- Name: QNAP
- Host: xxxx.dyndns.biz
- Port: 9900
- Username: admin
- Password: xxxx
- API Key: enabled
- API Key: filled
- HTTPS: enabled

I have installed the SABnzbd QPKG on my QNAP TS-119P +

Does the qnap have DNS resolving?
Lookup the numeric IP address of the Usenet server and use those.

For web server host address, try the real numeric IP address of the qnap device.
