Hi,
After a general nasty failure of my MBPro, I re-intalled a clean Snow Leopard...
So I am re-installing Sabnzbd and I try to restore it as it was before the crash.
Luckily I copied the full user folder to my usb drive before reinstalled everything so I can pick a few files from my usb.
I found easilly the ini file... As I understand, since I do not specify a backup folder, my last nzb files are lost...
But wat about the queue ? Is there a way to get what was still pending in the queue ?
I found an hidden file called /.sabnzbd/cache/queue7.sab.
To copy it to my internal disk at the same place is ok... or not ?
Thanks.

Re: Restore Sabnzbd after re-install
You need much more than that.
You need the full cache folder and the "temporary download folder".
I think this will hard to fix.

Re: Restore Sabnzbd after re-install
Good news is I have everything I may need since I copied the full user folder.
It means I have the cache folder and the complete/incomplete folders...
On the other hand, to lost a few uncompleted GBytes is not a big deal.
The question is a balance between lost data and a few hours of work: if you say that it will takes me 2 hours of hard work to fix it, I will let it go !

Re: Restore Sabnzbd after re-install
If you don't have a consistent cache folder, you won't succeed.
You can always try of course.
It won't be two hours of fiddling, simple because there's little to fiddle.
