SABnzbd crashes continously:

1. How can I prevent these crashes?
2. How can I resume PAR and RAR of already downloaded files?

Please your help.

1. Stop using SABnzbd.
Hey, you don't give us any details, what do you expect?
2. Use QuickPar and WinRar.
