unable to connect server

it s not possible to connect with server 9090 on internet. i can download the download i drop in my map NZB normal the download appaers in the map incomplete this now not happening!!

Which server do you mean. SABnzbd's internal web server? The Usenet server you're trying to use.
Please explain your problem better.

the message what i get is: Safari kan de pagina '
https://localhost:9090/sabnzbd/' niet openen omdat er geen verbinding met de server 'localhost' tot stand kan worden gebracht.
In english: Safari cannot open the page
https://lacalhost:9090/sabnzbd/ because it isn't possible to connect with server localhost
