RSS Filtering on content

Hi,

I'd like to be able to filter a RSS item based on its content (or subtitle), instead of its title. Is there a way to do this, perhaps by using a plugin? Is this feature planned?

No and no plans.
For more sophistication you should look at Yahoo pipes or SickBeard.
