SABNZBD does not pick up the slected NZB file in the "guarded map" nor download

Since a couple of weeks Sabnzbd does not automaticly pick up a nzb file in the guarded map. Also it fails to download any selected nzb file.
By pointing at the nzb file in the list it shows the age of the file is 14988d. When I check the nzb files on the web some are not older than 3 days.

The specific age probably means that the NZB contains no files.
Check it by clicking on the title in the queue.

I checked and found out there are no files indeed. I also tried Grabit with the same kind of result: no files showed in the cue.
I have tried a lot of NZB downloads but all of them failed. Tried to save the NZB file but when I look in the downloadfolder there is a file of 0 kB....
I run Windows 7 home edition with Microsoft security essentials. Anybody a suggestion what to do?
