SABnzbd Forums

I use nzbmatrix and firefox with the nzbstatus plug in. Most of the time i can connect to the web gui. Sometimes however I get the unable to connect message. When this happens it messes me up because my iphone app wont connect, nothing in my dropbox makes it to sabnzbd and my rss feeds wont start downloading. WHen this happens, i have to go to nzbmatrix on my computer and manually dl a nzb, at this point sabnzb notices it and kicks in. From that point all is well for sometinmes a matter or hours or sometimes a matter of days. Then for some reason it goes back to not connecting.

I havent but I doubt thats the problem. I forgot there is more to the story. My first install of this was on my main pc as I was testing it out before my htpc was finished. Now that my htpc is up and fully running, I run sabnzbd from there so there is less of moving files as my htpc serves everything. I was having the same issue with my main pc when it was running sab. Am I causing some issue by having sab installed on more than 1 computer in my network?

That's definitely not the problem, why do you suspect that?

Which version(s) of sabnzbd are you using?

Not that I suspect that, just thought I would provide some more info as I forgot to mention that in my 1st post. I am at work right now so I can give info on version number tomorrow when I am home. It was the most recent version when I installed about 2 weeks ago.

ok so i am on windows 7 64bit, using firefox 3.6.13 and sabnzbd 0.5.6

I also added the nzbdstatus plug in for firefox and also use sabmobile on my iphone.  The only setting changes i made inside sabnzbd was folder locations and for it to watch a dropbox folder and a nzbmatrix rss feed.
