Set end-of-queue action via command line switch

1) The "already requested" list currently 404s so I haven't checked thoroughly for previous mention of this.
2) A question: if SANZBD is already running, does running it again with different command line parameters invoke the new parameters, or is the run command ignored because SAB is already active?
3) Provided the answer to 2) is that the new parameters are adopted, it would be useful to be able to set the end-of-queue action via a command line switch.
My reason for this. I set my PC to wake in the early hours to download anything received via RSS. Normally, SAB is already running, but I run it on waking anyway, just in case. Scheduling is set to pause from 9am to 10.30pm, but I do download occasionally during the day by manually resuming. I would like my early-morning auto sessions to suspend the PC on completion, but do not want this to happen when I download during the day.
I have set the queue_complete_pers value in .ini to false because I always forget to reset the end-of-queue action when doing a manual download. I would like to be able to use a command line parameter to set SAB to suspend at end-of-queue when I (re)run it automatically for the morning session.
