Hi all,

Just a quick question before duo had a addon for sabnzbd i configured sabnzbd seperatly and it worked great and could update whenever new releases were available since I reset my system I opted for the easy way and use the addon, while the addon works it is only 5.5 and would like 5.6 my question I dont how to update on the duo.

The readynas stores the main system files here /usr/share/sabnzbdplus and some config files here /c/.sabnzbd/sabnzbd.conf

How would I get a fresh working working copy of 0.5.6 working ? I have tried renaming sabnzbdplus and the new donwloaded copy to sabnzbdplus but just get a 500 error. My giuess is its looking for the config files stored here /c/.sabnzbd/sabnzbd.conf but I dont know where to modify the files /usr/share/sabnzbdplus so they can find the config file.

Anybody help

Thanks in advance

Paul

If no package is available for the NAS, it's rather a challenge.
The team does not actively support NAS packages, as we do not make them and cannot test.

The differences between 0.5.5 and 0.5.6 are small and if you're not affected by the listed bugs, don't bother upgrading
and wait for the next package release.
Bugfixes:
- Prevent blocking of RSS preview by automatic RSS read-out
- Windows binary had issues with sending non-English emails
- Explicit RSS filter attributes (category, script, pp) could influence each other within a feed definition
