Added NZBs don't show up in Opera w/out reload or click on UI

OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type:Windows Installer
Skin : Smpl
Firewall Software: Comodo Internet Security v5
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes
I've used Opera with SABNZBD+ for a while, v10.5.x - to now Opera 11. It mostly works fine, except for one annoyance - since about sickbeard 0.5.2 it doesn't often show new NZBs when I add them (through the filetype integration or watched folder). I have to reload the page, or click on something in the UI like show edit options. I've waited the supposedly 5 seconds for updates, and indeed, the download speed updates, the graph updates, but the NZBs do not, nor do existing downloads show updates to the time to completion graph or text.
Any configuration Ideas for either Opera or SABNZBD+ that might help?
