Hey I am trying to get my sabnzbd to use my external ip but I keep getting this error:

2010-11-25 23:40:41,615::ERROR::[sabnzbd:242] Failed to start web-interface
2010-11-25 23:40:41,615::ERROR::[misc:558] You have no permisson to use port 8085

I have tried turning off the firewall, forwarding ports on the routers, and also running the program as admin, unfortunately I still get this error.  I am using sab version 0.5.6 and am also running windows 7.

"Your external IP", is that the IP you get from your ISP?
Are you using a router?
In that case you must use the internal IP that your router assigns to your PC.
If you want outside access, you must set up port-forwarding in your router.
