I recently updated to 0.5.6 final, and since updating have only changed the user-defined categories in Config/Categories. Now all my downloads from RSS feeds are being downloaded in triplicate. Is this a setting that I changed by mistake, and if so how do I fix it?

Is the issue reproducible? only when new items are available through RSS

If identical titles (but with non-identical NZBs) appear in a feed,
they will be downloaded all, unless you enable duplicate checking in Config->Switches.

I've checked all items against the list of downloaded items on each RSS preview. None of them show up more than once. Also, this is happening with my bookmark RSS feed and I know I'm not adding items three times.

Enable the duplicate check to unsure it won't happen again.

You can try this also:
Stop SABnzbd, remove cache\rss_data.sab and start SABnzbd again.

I had already had the duplicate check selected but it had no effect on the problem. Thankfully your suggestion to remove that file seems to have done the trick. Good thing too. I already exceed my ISP's personal bandwidth limit, and tripling that would not be ideal.

Strange. I must look into potential corruption of that file.
It should not have happened.
