Sabnzbd stuck after failed repair.

Post by zelexus »

I have been a very happy user of Sabnzbd, but recently something weird is happening.

In the history it says: "Repair failed, not enough repair blocks (17 short)"
I guess this means that it is missing something for repairing the files. But how do I remove it from the History list? The "Purge History" does not work. When I add a new NZB file to sabnzbd it just won't download. I seems like the repairing process is blocking the download. Could this be the case?

I have cleared all the files in the folders "Incomplete", "temp" but no luck.

A restart of sabnzbd did not help either.

Hope someone can help me.

The blunt way is to startup once with the --clean option.
This will erase the whole queue.
Stop SABnzbd.
Assuming you are on Windows:
WindowsKey-R
"c:\program files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --clean
Enter

We are working on this issue for the next major release.

I am using sabnzbd 0.5.3 for QNAP. Well, I guess I'm gonna have to settle with another newsgrabber than sabnzbd. Sad...cause I really liked it :(
