Hallo sabnzbd community!
I just switched from GrabIT to Sabnzbd, and now i have questions (i have done my best that the questions doesn't already exist ...)
When i download a nzb - file, with "grabit":
* i sorted the rar - files (which i don't need anymore) and then
* started to unrar the files when the first rar - file exists and
* i started to watch the avi file with vlc.
* every couple of minutes i repress the unrar button.
So i can more or less live stream from nzb.
Is it possible to configure sabnzbd to automatically extract the download after each files, even the download isn't really completed as a whole (otherwise i have to wait the half hour until the movie is fully downloaded... which i don't want to do)
Automatic Unrar during download / Live Stream..

Re: Automatic Unrar during download / Live Stream..
SABnzbd is targeted at complete automation.
Incremental unrar is not part of this, especially not because
you don't whether downloaded fi\les need repair.
Release 0.6.0 will have some rudimentary streaming support.
You will need a program that can play directly from the unpacked rar files,
or have a streaming unrar program installed (like: http://code.google.com/p/stream-unrar/ ).

Isn't it the better option anyways? in a perfect world incremental par2 checking and unrar is faster when bandwidth is the weak link in the chain.
Then there's NO waiting for it to verify and extract after the download's complete.
Sadly though, our world isn't perfect because sometimes we have to deal with corrupted files.
So, when encountering a corrupt file we'd just wait for the set to finish while still verifying on the fly, then do a regular repair and continue extracting.
it's still a lot faster than checking, repairing and extracting the whole set.
I think NZBplayer does this, but it lacks the other phenomenal features that sabnzbd has.
