ignore servers request for username/password

Hi there,

I use my ISPs newsservers which have usernames/passwords for higher accounts (with higher bandwidth), but for the default accounts we can just ignore the request for username/password (the support says just to click cancel or click the request away when it asks for username/password).

Is there a way to do this with sabnzbd?? Because it  blocks the server I actually want to use.

Let me know and thanks in advance!

Is this one of these dumb-ass servers that actually want an empty username and password?
These servers are violating the NNTP protocol, because they shouldn't be asking for it.
Sending empty usernames/passwords will be supported in release 0.6.0, which is now in closed Alpha testing.

I'm not sure if that is what support ment with "Just click the notification away", but I'm willing to give the 0.6.0 alpha a try if someone can get me a version.

I have added you to the "Release Testers" Board.
Look there for further instructions.
