Limit CPU usage PAR/RAR

Hi, i'm running sabNZBD on an ATOM based HTPC. Whenever SAB starts to repair downloaded files it maxes out the CPU load of the device. I can't do anything else with it once this process starts. Is there a way to limit the CPU usage for the repair/unpack process of SABnzbd? If I could limit this to 80% of the CPU then i would still be able to watch a movie.

thanks

For Windows there's not a lot you can do, par2 is already run in low CPU priority.
I suspect the disk usage is more interfering than CPU usage and
Windows allow no control at all over that.
I'd pause SABnzbd when you're watching something.

Pauzing the download doesn't really work for me, but I just found a microsoft tool called process explorer, it seems I can limit the processor resources per process. I'll play arround with this and post results.

It's probably best to limit SABnzbd's settings.
unrar and par2 should inherit these settings.
You cannot influence unrar and par2 directly, because they have only a temporary existence.
