Hello,
there is a new test server out there.
test.news-service.com:119, no user, no pass
I can't connect using sabnzbd, but I can connect using Alt.Binz. Sabnzbd connects fine to three other servers (2 IPv6, one IPv4, one of the IPv6 servers also without login)
I am using Windows 7 64bin and sabnzbd 0.5.4 (installer)

This server address returns a double IP, one for IPV4 and one for IPV6.
SABnzbd picks the IPV4 one and gets refused.

Can you try with the explicit IPV6 server name: test.v6.news-service.com ?

Exact the opposite here, I can connect to the IPv4 IP, but not to the IPv6 one.
Makes sense now that it works in alt.binz, because alt.binz has no IPv6 support!
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
So it looks like a problem on the server side!
