Issues Connecting to Newshosting.com

getting this error:
unlimited.newshosting.com:119:Failed to connect: (60, 'timed out') 3@unlimited.newshosting.com:119
even issues connecting to newshosting.com
However when i try with my iphone i have no issues connecting with the site, however with my Verizon DSL no dice.
I know this is more an ISP issue or something, however anyone else experience this or have heard of it?
