Send to top (single or multiple)

I enjoy Plush a lot .. what's missing for me:
- A simple way to send an Item to the top of the queue so that it gets processed first
- A simple way to send multiple items to top (I guess smallest should be first then)
- The possibility to start a second (...) download in parallel
Maybe someone seconds :-)
