How do I get Sabnzbd to download from NZBS.org automatically from MYNZBs RSS ?

Hello,
I am just setting up Sabnzbd and use NZBs.org for my nzb's.  I want to add NZB's with my cell phone so that when I get home the show is already downloaded.

I click the wanted nzb which puts it into MyNZBs section.  I want my SABNZB computer at home to read my selected NZBs and download them automatically.  

I setup SABNZB to read the user RSS feed of MYNZBs.  I put my username and password into SABNZB.  I can't get it to autodownload.  What else do I need to do?

Any suggestions?

I got it to read the RSS feed.  When I press Preview button.  Some of my selected NZB's are matched and some are downloaded.  The matched did not get automatically downloaded. 

What happened?

Also for the filter section should I leave it as an '*' in that field to download anything in MyNZBs rss feed?

The first batch of matches is never downloaded to prevent a large
backlog from downloading.
New matches in subsequent RSS readouts will be downloaded.
If you want the first batch anyway, you'll need to click the "download" button.
