SABnzbd keeps shutting down

I'm not sure what changed, I installed a second NIC card Killer Xeno Pro, now I cannot seem to get SABnzbd to run properly. Using Chrome to connect to but from the log the web interface never starts so i can't even get to in to install the program again. Thought I'd uninstall/delete everything and start from scratch, same issue. Using a different port as SABnzbd suggests doesn't get me anywhere either.

I'm running windows 7 pro 64-bit, forgot to add that

Anybody seen this before?

Something is keeping port 8081 occupied.
Also on some systems localhost is ambiguous.
Try 127.0.0.1 and/or a different port.

Thanks for the reply, do you or anybody else have any suggestions on finding out what is locking down ports and how to delete it out of the registry?

To see the listening processes, with PID at the end:

And here's an example how to find which process is using port 8080 on my Windows Vista:

And the other way round: is SAB running, and if so, on which port:

@Shypike: Both methods (desired port -> process, and SAB -> running port) could be handy as a built-in feature in SABnzbd to inform/warn a user when starting up SABnzbd?
