General web interface problems

My web interface (v0.5.2) has become unresponsive for changing the priority and deleting items. The delete eventually works but takes many many tries the priority options won't change. Any tips?

Do you have a very large queue?
Do you use skin Classic?
Do you have a very high refresh rate?

Don't use Classic, but Plush or smpl (they support pagination).
Lower you're refresh rate.

Plush + 8 second refresh works perfect. Thanks again. This software is wonderful!
