Auto-sort added nzbs/jobs according to "rules"

I have a lot of RSS's, and a lot of jobs are added. I kinda want small jobs (like less than 200 mb) when added (both from RSS and eventually manually) to be downloaded before any large jobs already being downloaded there.
So what I imagine is something like this:
Let's say jobs could be added to a "group" (or "sub-queue"): group A, group B, group C, and so on. Group A (or queue A) are processed before group B, and so on. And some customizable rules/filters with pull down menus which could make rules like these:
if job contents contains mp3 file, add to group A
if job size is less than 200 MB, add to group B
if job name contains dvdrip, add to group C
if job size is more than 5 GB, add to group D
Wouldn't this be useful for everyone?
