Hey guys, is there any instructions so I can connect to sab remotely? I.e. from work to my computer at home?

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Make sure that you have set a proper username and password for SABnzbd first.
Then tell SABnzbd to use the internal IP address of your system instead of "localhost".
Tell your firewall to let SABnzbd talk to "the internet".
Setup port-forwarding in your router, the router must send incoming traffic for
port 8080 (or whatever else you use) to the PC running SABnzbd.
You can tell the router to send port 80 traffic to port 8080 on the PC.
(Might be needed to pass your company's firewall).
It's a bit tricky to setup, but you should also realize that your are taking security risks.
