I'm running on Leopard, an ibook G4, and the application simply will not open. Nothing happens when I double click it, or secondary click and then choose open. Then when I try to trash the app so I can reinstall, it says it is in use. But it doesn't show in the apps when I try to force quit.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I'm not sure if we support G4, must check that with our OSX supporter.
