I downloaded something that ended up failing and attempting to grab more blocks.  I decided it wasn't important to me so I cancelled the download and deleted the folder from the "incomplete" directory.  But now the item is stuck in my History.  There's no option to remove it individually, and when I clear my History it's still there.  How do I get rid of it?

Find the "cache" folder and remove the file postproc1.sab
