Hi, i am using SABnzbd 0.5.0 on my htpc and notice that since last night i am unable to download anything from it. Whenever i change the usenet provider servers it will start downloading at normal speeds and then drops rapidbly within 10seconds until the download rate reaches to 0.

I have contacted my usenet provider and they said their servers are fine so im wondering if its something to do with this client instelf?

There are no reported errors or warning in the log files so i cant seem to idenify and fix the issue. I have tried different ports, different servers and even SSL and none SSL servers and still no joy.

I hope someone can help me and thanks in advance.

Upgrade to release 0.5.2RC1 and
start once with the --clean option to wipe your queue and cache.

How do i start it up using the clean option? Also, were do you get the 0.5.2RC1 version? In your download section it only shows 0.5.0.

Just click on the "News: 0.5.2RC1 is out!" message in the top left corner of this page.
Assuming you are using Windows:
Shutdown SABnzbd.
Press WindowsKey-R
type: "c:\program files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --console
Enter.

Next time you can start it the normal way.
