I've been looking but I couldn't find a thread on this. If you have ever used Activesync on a WinMo device you will know exactly what I mean! But to explain i would love a feature that increases the RSS check frequency during a certain time so I could have an example that did;

Feed 1:
Monday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min
Tuesday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min
Wednesday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min
Thursday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min
Friday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min
Saturday
0001 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
Sunday
0000 hrs to 2000 hrs: RSS Interval - 1440 min
2000 hrs to 2359 hrs: RSS Interval - 10 min

That would be awesome!

Thanks!

Assuming you're using the RSS feeds for TV Shows you could use an external application to do the downloading and depending on the OS use a cron job/scheduled task to tweak the scheduling. Might not be the ultimate solution, but it might be worthwhile until the feature is implemented as well.

Media Rover (All Platforms) or SABSync (Windows Only) would be examples of apps that require a OS scheduler to start them.
