Hi i noticed that is sab dloads with 20mb a sec, which is great tw the way. But i noticed that other apps will have some trouble like firefox, ftd etc. All the bandwidth is already eaten up :)

I wonder or it is possible to tell windows that it has to priority firefox, thunderbird and ftd before sab. So that all requests from those apps are taken first and only when finished SAB may continue

Is there something like that? Dont like the idea of a limiter because i always forget to set them bak at full speed. and sometime i surf for a few hours.

See if your router has QoS (Quality of Service) settings.
Many routers allow you to decrease the priority of BitTorrent and NNTP traffic.
Or increase gaming traffic,

I have a LinkSys router with dd-wrt, works great for this.
I set all NNTP traffic to "bulk", which means it has the lowest priority.

If you have a modem with a router, maybe.. Both my modem (with router) and sweex router does not have that function.. Im going to check if there is something for ubuntu.
