Stuck verifying

I have a file stuck verifying that I need to get out of my queue. The FAQ states that I should kill the par2 process, however

sudo ps -ef | grep -i par

returns

xbmc      2476  2263  0 12:43 pts/0    00:00:00 grep --color=auto -i par

so I cant find any par2 process. I tried restarting sab, rebooting the machine but the file is still there. Can I remove it from the queue somehow, there is no delete button next to verifying files.

Remove of move the downloaded files out of the temporary download folder
and restart SABnzbd.

Thanks for the reply, that got it out of the history but I still have an item left in my queue, clicking delete doesnt get rid of it and neither does purge queue. I expanded the items with the + on the left and all say finished except this one

Remove Active FILENAME HERE.vol01+02.par2 0.00/1.53 MB 10h

clicking remove does not get rid of it. Can I manually pull this out of the queue somehow?

ah I got it

I shut down sab

in .sabnzbd/cache

I moved queue9.sab and queue7.sab to *.bak

started it up again.

this created a new queue9.sab and now I can download again.

We're working on a more elegant solution for this :)
