I seem to be encountering the a similiar unpack failed error.  The log message below reflects:

ERROR:
CRC mismatch! ofs =0
2010-04-11 08:07:45,516
WARNING:
ERROR:: Bad archive C:\Users\user\Documents\downloads\incomplete\Bladiblah\251396GYGH1199.part12.rar

This message appears on all of my downloads for the most part.  Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Were there any par2 files in the NZB?
Did you set "Postprocess only verified jobs" in Config->Switches?
