HTPC automation win 7 media center

Hey guys, i'm currently rebuilding my htpc and looking to automate pretty much all of it's content. I'm familiar with sabnzbd as i've used it manually with nzb's from binsearch.info (hopefully i get a newzbin.com invite soon 
) but after that i'm pretty much lost.
I would love to be able to have tv shows (nzb-tv or sick beard alpha are my best bets from reading), but what should i do for movies and music?
My setup is media center 7 with media browser and metadata running in the background. Any advice is def appreciated!
Other info: i'll have the htpc acting as the media server/hub as well, if that changes anything
