I see there is a checkbox in the configuration to rename folders with spaces to underscores, but I was wondering if there was a way to rename all underscores as spaces.

No, there's only a "replace_dots" option (ini file only).
For this case you'll need to create a user script.
I think I'll add such an option in the near furture, since I share your preference for spaces
instead of underscores and dots.

You may want to wait for a later release instead.
