Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I have installed sabnzbd on my mac running snow leopard. I made the setup and then it goes to a website and ask for log in but i cant log in
Now i have tryed all the uninstall options i can find in here. But on my mac i can find the folder i have to delete
And when i try to install the program again it goes to the log in site
You must have set a username and password during the setup.
Open file /home/USER/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini using TextEdit
and look for "username =" and "password =" fields.
