After starting SABnzbd I have to fill in a name and password. I think I have the right words but that is not the case. How can I handle this problem,

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

You (or your web browser trying to be clever) entered a username/password
when editing Config->General.
Find the sabnzbd.ini file (http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/configure-v2)
and remove the username and password from the "username = xx" and "password = xx" fields.
