Ok, so i'm not really good with computers so please forgive my ignorance...

I have a premium newzbin account which one of my friends convinced me to get and set up everything for me so I didn't have to worry about it.

It was working great but I recently had my computer formatted and attempted to set it up on my own and failed completely. So can anyone help me out. When I download the sabnzbd thing, I don't know what to do after that? What should the server settings be set to? How do I get stuff set up?

Again, I apologize for my ignorance.

we're kinda out of touch (he moved to a diff country) this was a while ago, is there any other way to get that info myself

Were you the one paying for everything? If you were, look for email receipts, they should lead you in the right direction. If you weren't, you'll need to start over, get a new newzbin account, pay for your own usenet account, etc.
