I just upgraded to 0.5.0 using apt-get / aptitude on ubuntu 9.10.

I then attempted to change the theme, but was unsuccessful.

I also attempted to download/install sabnzbdplus-theme-smpl, however, that didn't help either.

I'm stuck on the classic theme and was wondering if there was something I could look into, to determine why any changes to the theme will not take?

With 0.5, -smpl is always installed since it is both the default and fallback interface.

Anyway, alot more info is needed to be able to say something remotely useful. What -theme packages are installed, describe exactly what steps you take, what settings you change, check the logs, etc. Don't forget to save your changes and restart the app too, that's still needed for changes to the interfaces.

It is working here but requires a restart.  (didn't the 4.X branch say that theme changes required a restart?)

I prefer clasic still


edit (should have looked first - it still states "SABnzbd Web Server (Changes will require a SABnzbd restart!)"

First, thank you for the replies.  I would have replied earlier; however, I thought no one had replied (when in reality it appears there simply isn't an email notification).

Upon reading your notes, I rebooted and everything worked fine.  I feel like an idiot for not having tried this before posting.

I only hope this helps someone else searching Google for the same issue :-).
