SABnzbd+ (Synology DS207+) - speed issue + rss fee issue

Hi everyone,

First of, thanks for a great addon - it seems to be just the thing I have been looking for.
Im using the addon on a Synology DS207+ diskstation and its version 0.4.12. I have a dedicated 50/50mbit fiber connection with through the Newsbin windows client is running at around 6.7-7.2mb/s stable.

Issue 1:
First issue is the speed - I cant get over around 1.5-1.8mb/s and the usenetserver.com servers. Any ideas?

Issue 2:
I have made an RSS Fee for tvnzb.com using this fee: http://www.tvnzb.com/tvnzb_new.rss
The issue is that it aren't getting the RSS fees. Even if I force download it still doesn't find any fees that I know is in the New RSS fee from TVnzb.com. And yes, I have remember to make the fee active under config menuen (its marked as green).
I fee could be like this: lost*hdtv*s06*xvid

Hoping for a bit of help here :)

SABnzbd is not a very fast program and the Synology might be a bit too slow.
It's no match for a recent Windows machine (I'm sure you get good speed with SABnzbd on Windows).

It's an RSS feed, not a "fee".
Have you tried the preview mode to test your filters?
The first scan is never downloaded anyway, only new files in subsequent scans.

If you use RSS feeds a lot, it's better to upgrade to 0.5.0RC6.
0.4.12's RSS support is not very strong.

hey shypike,

Thanks for the input.
I have just installed 0.5.0 RC6 in my Windows machine - much much better speed. I will just use this instead.

Sorry about the fee=feed fuckup :)
