RSS Wait Time / retry on missing articles

Using RSS feeds, I sometimes get "Repair failed, not enough repair blocks" errors because index sites have the files faster than my usenet server.
It would be helpful to either (1) have a "wait time" for RSS feeds so sabnzbd will not try getting new items immediately or, even better, (2) to have a retry option where it tries to retrieve missing articles once more after a certain amount of time (e.g. 60 minutes).
