TVSlurp: TVRage favourites -> Newzbin bookmarks
Posted: January 21st, 2010, 12:42 am
What is it?
Quite simply it's a script to bridge the gap between your TVRage favourites and Newzbin bookmarks.
How does it work?
TVSlurp will grab your TVRage iCal feed (found here), and then search Newzbin for all shows (that it hasn't yet bookmarked) that have aired. When it finds one it'll bookmark it for SABnzbd+ to pick up later.
Where can I get it?
Here: http://sync-signal.com/tag/tvslurp/
How do I set it up?
1. If you haven't yet installed it, Install Python, and the icalendar module.
1. Copy the example_config to ~/.tvslurp/config
2. Fill out the appropriate fields in the config
3. Run TVSlurp
4. Setup a crontab or windows scheduled task to make it run every so often.
