I just installed SABnzbdb and I can't get it to display the web interface. When I start it it says:

As you can see it logs me trying to access it, but on the computer I am trying to access it from I just get a plain blank white page, the favicon does show up, but no interface.

Any suggestions?

Well I'm a tard, I got it working 

Well I don't think my solution will help you but I was just typing 192.168.1.135:7777 into the address bar instead of typing 192.168.1.135:7777/sabnzbd/   

I had the same problem that pair of dimes is having a while ago (version 2.4 I think). As I remembered it right, the ini file was somehow corrupt (tho I could open it). So I removed the ini file and cache and every sab setting on my pc (also the nzb blackhole), and installed it Sabnzbd again (from the beginning).
